1. Shipping Areas & Costs
Shipping Area:
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
Shipping Cost:
We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders. There is no minimum purchase required.
2. Production & Processing Time
Please note that “Processing Time” is different from “Shipping Time.”
All orders go through a processing phase (verification, quality check, and packaging) before they are handed over to the shipping carrier.
Processing Includes:
Order verification, quality inspection, and secure packaging to ensure products arrive in perfect condition.
Processing Time:
7–10 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays).
Order Cut-off Time:
08:00 PM (GMT-07:00) Mountain Standard Time (Denver).
Orders placed after this time will be processed starting the next business day.
3. Shipping Time & Total Delivery Estimates
Once your order has been processed and leaves our facility, shipping time depends on the carrier.
Transit Time:
3–7 business days.
Total Delivery Time:
Considering both processing and shipping, please expect to receive your package within 10–17 business days from the date your order is placed.
4. Shipping Carriers
We partner with reputable carriers, including USPS, FedEx, and UPS, to ensure reliable delivery service.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).
Activation: Tracking numbers usually become active within 24–48 hours
How to Track: Track your package via the link in the email or on the carrier’s website
Issue: If tracking information has not updated within 5 business days, please contact us for support
6. Address or Order Changes
To ensure fast processing, please review your order details carefully before checkout.
Changes/Cancellations: Requests must be made within 24 hours of placing the order
Late Requests: After 24 hours or once processing has begun, changes may not be possible

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, external factors such as weather or carrier delays may occur. If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us.
Missing Items:
If you receive a package with missing items, notify our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery.
